Is there a way to remove the reply to buyer message that shows up in my seller activity?

I had a very unpleasant buyer and don't know how to block them from further messaging and also how to remove the reminder that Ebay has showing up to reply to their message. I can delete from my inbox, but in the seller activity there is a reminder. There used to be an option to "mark as replied" but I don't see that. I am not using the seller hub as I am an occasional seller. Thank you.

You can add the member to your blocked buyer list here:

Go to your My Messages Inbox,  check the box next to the message you want to work with, and then select Read from the Mark As dropdown.

You can also use the option in the Move To dropdown to move the message to your Trash folder.

Thank you for your response. I have done those two things. Where I'm having the issue is when I go to seller activity, right at the top it shows the message from the buyer and a blue reply button next to it. This is what I haven't figured out how to get rid of. Even though I deleted the message in my inbox, it still shows up as a reminder under my ebay seller activity.

It looks like if I switch to seller hub, I no longer see the reply to message from buyer button. Maybe I will just use the seller hub feature instead of the old format. Thanks 🙂

Depending on what seller page you are looking at, there should be an option to mark the message as having been responded to.

I recall that on one of the old selling pages, the narrow width of that particular column could hide the little drop-down link that allowed that option to be seen. See if you can change the width of the column by dragging the column heading dividers or change the size of the text on the page to see if there is a link there somewhere.

Yeah I remember that page with that column as you mentioned, but it's not in that format anymore. But, now that I'm using the seller hub format, that message no longer appears in my seller activity as something to do. Thank you for all the responses, I appreciate it!
