Is there a way to filter by "Best Offer" now?

"Accepts Best Offer" is one of the options in the "Show only" filter, though you may have to expand the filter to see all options available.

Thank you. That works. Before a few days ago that was an option between "All Listings"  and "Auction" at the top of my search page but eBay seems to have taken that away.

You are very welcome.

It is possible that eBay will change again and make the option more prominent once more.

Otherwise, you can go from a standard search results page to the Advanced Search page and choose the "Accepts offers" option there. That may be slightly quicker than going through the "More filters" route.
