Is there a way to edit a review once it is written?

Sellers:  Cannot change any Feedback they leave for Buyers

Buyers: Can change Feedback from Neutral or Negative to Positive but must message the Seller and request a Feedback Revision form.  Sellers are allowed ot send 5 per year. Once a Buyer receives the form they have a few days to compete it for the Seller
