I am a new seller and got this unusual request. Buyer wants to delay shipment for a week after placing order because he/she wants to combine shipping with next week orders. By using bulk shipment, the buyer can save money in shipping costs.
The issue is that the purchased item must be shipped within 2 days. The item was sold through auction.
Questions:
Is there a way to change the ship by date on a placed order?
Will I be dinged as a seller by shipping late on purpose?
