Is there a personal "Do Not Buy From Seller" list?

Is there a way for me to save a seller into a personal "Do Not Buy From Seller" list, similar to the "Saved Seller List" used for favorite sellers?  I am keeping a manual list but would like a way to avoid accidentally buying from certain sellers?

No, you have to keep a manual list.  However, you can create a text file on your computer that you can bring up to refer to each time you do a search.
