Is there a REAL way to contact ebay? I haven't recieved the item!

Did you accidentally file a Return Request instead of the Refund Request/Item Not Received?

If so, there is nothing you can do through Ebay. File an Item Not Received dispute through Paypal or with your funding source, depending on how you processed your payment.

Thanks, but, I contacted Paypal and they stated nothing could be done. I had to contact Ebay. And there's NO WAY to talk to a person by phone text, or any other way that I can find! HELP!!! Been here for 25 years and get this?! HELP.

If you filed the wrong request (Return Request vs. Refund Request), there is nothing you can do through Ebay.

Contact your funding source...such as your credit card company if you have not received the item and the estimated date of delivery has already passed.
