Is there a Glitch with eBay invoices? No cost break downs anymore.

What happened to "eBay Invoices"? I no longer get a break down of prices & shipping & taxes. I send this to buyer & the BIG THING I use them for is record keeping for paying TAXES!! If this was a change to eBay's system, then why No Seller Update about this? I can't get a straight answer or why this has happened before & then it was fixed & now back to no prices? Just frustrated. Thank you.
