Is it ok to ship to a different address than that associated with my eBay account?

Hello All, (Merry Holy Days to all, ho ho),

I desire to have the eBay vendor ship an article to a different address than the one that is associated with my eBay account. Is that ok to do? It is a Christmas present. Why have the product shipped to me, then I repackage, and ship to my brother?  I'd rather have the package shipped directly to my brother, bypassing me altogether. Is that allowed on eBay?

As long as you specify the address prior to completing checkout and paying, and the seller has a shipping method specified for that location and does not specifically exclude it, the seller is required to ship to the address you provide.
