Have a customer who can't leave their home,(none of my business) but UPS dropped package at local drop off and informed customer to pick up. Initially customer stated, if it can't be delivered they didn't want it. It has been there over a month now, UPS was contacted for a second delivery attempt. Never happened. However when customer was informed of second attempt they were no longer interested and would deny delivery. Customer has began a refund request for non delivery. Tracking details have been sent multiple times, with messages explaining the Lost package/return policies to no avail.

If the tracking does not say delivered, it's not delivered. You should probably ask UPS to return the package to you and refund the buyer.
