Seller accidentally entered counter offer too low and I accepted. they messaged me saying they were sorry and that they accidentally entered $5 instead of $50 and and as a token of their apologies they would give me the item for half price so I still owe them $20 they asked for my PayPal email so I sent them my PayPal.me link but they said it's not working they still want my email. I've already received the item in the mail but I did tell them I would pay the 20$. should I give them the email or does eBay have an invoice option for sellers?

The seller should have cancelled for “out of stock”, and make a whole new corrected listing before they sent the item.
