International shipping when eBay does not support the country that you were shipping to

I sold my first item internationally to Switzerland. eBay will not print a label for that country. She has paid $38 for shipping however her shipping through USPS is $76. Therefore I have no discount using an eBay label. I guess I have no choice but to contact her and let her know about the additional shipping cost. Is there any other way to get a less expensive international shipping label. She has paid for the item and the $38 for shipping. I need to get back to her as soon as possible. I so very very much appreciate any help  from my fellow sellers. I am still new at this thank you so much ❤️

@deca_bin_wzph5b6l6  You do not have eBay International Shipping set up on the last item you sold.  

It has first class international shipping.
