I am printing the shipping label on a small flat rate box that is destined for China. The value is over $750 and I am reading that a signature confirmation is required. Where do I purchase that? I don't see that option on the shipping label page.
Thanks

@ckcc Due to the price PLUS the fact that you are shipping to China the item must be shipped using Priority Mail. Not a Priority flat rate box. You will need to use the triplicate customs form that is printed when you buy the label from eBay. Be sure the box is large enough for this. The post office will give you a plastic sleeve to put the triplicates into.
Merchandise permitted unless prohibited by the destination country. Items over $400 must be mailed using Global Express Guaranteed service, Priority Mail Express International service, or Priority Mail International service (excluding Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Boxes)."
Then you can add insurance and check the box for signature required on delivery when you buy the shipping label.
I strongly recommend the new eBay international Shipping Program. There is not a 1.65% international fee and the great benefit for the seller is that once the item leaves the US forwarding center you are done with the sale. eBay handles ALL refund requests for EIS sales, even for not as described refund requests and you keep the sale.
First you have to have no international shipping options on your listings where you ship directly to the buyer. Then you sign up for the program here>
Here are more details about the EIS and what restrictions it has for price, package sizes, and categories:
