I sold a Camera for 350.00 to someone overseas 19 days ago and the buyer has been in contact with me saying they have not received it yet and the tracking numbers are not working. I sent them back international tracking numbers buy all they show is that the package left the Kentucky international shipping facility 14 days ago and there has been no update since then.
I know it's still on it's way but I can tell my customer is getting very impatient. What happens if they open a case? am I just out the order & have to issue a refund? What if the Camera is delivered in a few weeks if I do have to give a refund?
Hoping someone might have some info. on how this works.
