International Shipping

Are the International shipping companies used automatically insured? I'm speaking about the ones someone in a foreign country can pay for so that we as sellers send their package to different places in the US. Example

Glendale Heights, IL 60139-2080
I know that the ones we as sellers use are insured but am not sure about the ones buyers use. Reason: I shipped a package that got damaged in route to Canada. They used the above address...am trying to file a claim but it's not working. Thanks

International Shipping

@pinkbikinigirl21   Yes the seller is covered for items once the leave the US. eBay handles the refund.  The buyer just has to file a refund request using the reason arrived damaged.   Then eBay refunds the buyer, not you.

This is even better than insurance for international orders.

You don't file an insurance claim.
