Does anyone know how to contact a live eBay agent. I have a buyer in France that item purchased is stuck in customs. eBay systems won't let me talk to anyone or submit a ticket and there is not place for this person to submit a ticket. He has shown me his screen. We are at almost a month since purchase was made. It is very frustrating that I can't talk to anyone at eBay for help.
