I was trying to add a comment on a post
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Ask-a-Mentor/International-Priority-Flat-Rate-LABEL-ERROR-Exceed-Weigh... where a member asked the question in the subject box above, as I found the solution. I was having the same error message and I found out that is you click the add your own package size and type the package size and weight in, then it works OK.
I hope this helps people as it was driving me crazy LOL
