I have sold an item International and have not been able to send an invoice. Ebay can not be contacted for help. I just had to cancel the order that does not make either of us happy. What is being done to fix these problems. With all the fees that Ebay charges us sellers, you would think the can hire people to answer phones and fix problems within a timely matter.
So unhappy with Ebay these days, sales WAY DOWN and no support.

I looked at one of your sold listings, and it ships using First Class International, so an invoice is not needed. If the listing is using ebay's International Shipping, then you do not send an invoice, as ebay will do that to include item price + domestic shipping + international shipping.
