Integration with Vendoo

I have filled out my first ebay listing to crosslist from vendoo and it keeps saying that ebay needs more information to register me as a seller.  I have an ebay account for years and just started vendoo. I cannot figure out what ebay needs. how do I get a live person to talk to at ebay?

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:

My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information

Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
