Anyone else having packages getting stuck for 7-10 days at the Indianapolis Distribution Hub? Been happening to me for a few weeks. Guess its been on going for couple months they actually have youtube news video about the issue. Wish I could get ebay to mention this issue to buyers.

Delays at the Indianapolis USPS distribution center are due to the transition to a new facility and a lack of staff. 

Explanation

• The USPS moved from a smaller facility to a 1.2 million square foot facility on Brookville Road. 
• The transition to the new facility has caused delays. 
• The new facility is very large, and packages can get lost in the building. 
• The USPS has been understaffed, especially during peak times. 
• Some say the USPS has poor planning and management.

What has been done about the delays?

• Indiana's congressional delegation is investigating the delays. 
• The delegation sent a letter to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy requesting answers about the delays.
