Incredible CS experience.

For the amount of money that eBay charges sellers, there should be a better customer service experience. I have been trying to cancel an order for two days. There is no phone number to call to get help. This is incredible. And for a weird reason the cancellation does not go through.

I would ask what happens when you submit the cancellation, but since we can't see your order, I don't know that it would help.  You will need to ask customer service for help.

To speak to customer service, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -

@secdjs

Have you added a credit card or selected your checking account to cover any fee's or refunds not covered by the available funds in your MP account?

Have a great day.

Thank you for trying to help. The funds are still available on the eBay  account since the purchase was done yesterday. And on top of that I have a checking account and a credit card on my eBay. So….

Incredible CS experience.

You need to designate one of your payment methods as the preferred method for seller costs.

eBay expects you to fund the refund to the buyer, then they will release the original payment to you.

Go to your payment accounts and designate one as the method to use for seller costs -
