Incorrect Sales Information

 am new seller on eBay.  In fact, I have listed 13 items and sold nothing, thus far.   One issue I have is that I was contacted three times by a bogus seller regarding one of my items.  It was marked as sold and later the sale was cancelled.   Yet, my sales stats on the eBay Selling Overview shw that I sold three of these items and have made $255.00.  I have not made $.01!!  I have gone thru the menus a number of times and have not been able to find a seller support email address.  Does eBay have an email where I can submit an issue such as this one?

As long as the sales were cancelled with no payment, there will be no fees. 

Click on Archive (Delete) in the drop down menu next to the item.  This will remove the amount from your sales overview total.
