Incomplete buyer shipping address

Hi everyone!

I have a buyer that provided eBay (and therefore me) with a shipping address that seems incomplete. According to the address label to be generated by eBay it’s going to be sent to a hotel/resort WITHOUT the buyer’s name on it. I immediately contacted the buyer about this and even sent a screenshot showing how their name is not included in the shipping address.

The buyer has not replied in 24 hours and I’m obligated by the item’s details to ship it today, April 11th, otherwise it will be late.

Advice? I don’t want to alter the shipping address and be liable if it doesn’t arrive. Nor do I want the item to arrive later than committed.

What is the official answer to what I should do?  Thank you!

Hi @mondodepot  Cancel for reason, "issue with buyer's shipping address." The process will refund the buyer.
