I am reorganizing my items for sale into numbered bins... can I show a bin number in the body of the listing? This would help me a lot in accessing the item, and running a parallel system that is apart from the listing would be cumbersome.

I use the Add note function after items have been listed or if they are in the Draft file. You cannot add notes when creating a listing but you can as mentioned above.
The Note is shown on the Active list, the Awaiting payment list, the Awaiting shipment list and the Sold Orders list. The note refers to the inventory lot the item is from. Each inventory lot has a spreadsheet that I created so I add sales to the spreadsheets as they occur. I know when my inventory lots break even and move to profit, I know how many listings I got from the lot, how many are left as each one sells, etc.

Sure. If using the desktop, you can also use add note. It shows up on your active listings underneath the title like this: My note: C3. Your buyer will not see it. Only you. When the item sells, this is visible to you. That's the only way I can do it!

Perfect, I had totally forgotten about the add notes function. Thanks for the help!
