Inappropriated feedback

Ebay sent me an email today that I cannot reply to. They told me that I made an inappropriate remark in my comments. BUT they didn't say what it was or what it concerned. I called them 3 times and all they offered is their automated page. FAT lot of good that does. I could NOT get a live human to help me!!
