Im trying to share a listing to a buyer who cant find it. What do i do?

Buyer changed their mind. I canceled the order and refunded money. Now they want it again, but say they can't find it. They are clicking on the message page and at the top where listing shows, clicking that and it's saying sold. I've tried to explain its now a new listing up and running in the store. How can I share my listing with them?

Send them the item number of your new listing. Tell them to copy and paste or enter that number in the eBay search bar and click search. Your item will come up and they can view it and bid on it or buy it if you have a BIN.
