Using a desktop browser you go reach the auction's bid history page by clicking on the number of bids. From there you can find out exactly when the auction ends if there is at least one bid by checking the time the auction started at the bottom of the bid list, and adding the appropriate number of days to find out exactly when it ends, down to the nearest second.
The ending time shown at the top of the bid history page does not include the seconds, for some reason only known to eBay programmers.
