I had a question and requested a call back. They called and it rang twice and they hung up. They said the answering machine answered. It takes 8 rings for the answering machine to answer so I wanted to let everyone know that their system is faulty and they are either liars or incompetent. I'm just so sick of trying to deal with them. They'll ask, click on what the problem is and they provide a list to pick from and the problem isn't on it so you never get your question answered. This is the help a billion-dollar company provides for its customers. They don't give a crap; they are making enough money that they don't need to bother with one silly customer. We have lots of customers, just ignore this one. Greedy **bleep**s! Have a nice day.

@ponorm Sorry you had problems reaching CS. I agree that they are harder to reach now than they used to be.

Another way to contact eBay customer service is social media. The agents are more experienced and easier to reach.
Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
