I can see from my eBay Seller Hub that there are 2 orders "Awaiting shipping" but when I press
AWAITING shipment- print ship label
I get a strange different list ... near the bottom it says Preparing download (which I didn’t ask for)
it says it processing eBay-OrderReport ...but I am unable to CANCEL it (hitting the x where it says to cancel.... This seems to be spinning around since last evening sometime.
I was able to print my labels by messages left on my email address so could ship but couldn't get an invoice any way. ??? And suggestions?
