IPhone sold 4 different times

I have been selling for a longtime on EBay. Recently I have listed my old IPhone for sale. In the last couple of weeks the phone has been purchased 4 different times by 4 different buyers only then to be canceled by the buyer or the buyer doesn’t respond for payment requests. Leaving me to cancel the phone sale days later and re-list. It’s getting frustrating.

Anyone else have this problem?

Iphones seem to be an issue, it would be best to to list it at a fixed price with immediate payment required.
