Customer hasn't opened an INR request yet, but their order was shipped on 2/19/25.
Questions:
1) if the customer opens an INR claim, what if any protections(s) does the seller have? Seller issues refund, then after refund the package is found and delivered... then what? Seller out, S/H(label), packaging & COG(cost of goods)
2) what do you normally do or suggest in this scenario?
