I was a subject of fraud

Someone was trying to sell a car thru your company and took 2000 dollars from me. Wanted to know if you could find and prosecute them. I know I probably won't get my money back. I don't want them to take money from anyone else

@rictoll_99  I am sorry but eBay has nothing to do with sales on other sites. Scammers use eBay's good name to trick people. 

  You can report the listing to the site you found it on.  Most of these scammers are in sweat shops in other countries making it impossible to prosecute them.

EBay had nothing to do with anything you may see on some other website. 

We can't find them because it is not part of eBay. 

We would like to ensure that nobody else loses money, ut these tthingsdon't happen on eeBay, sowe have no control. 

Everyone has to remember that if the price is too good to be true, then it is not true.
