You would pay the same fees as if it sold at that price. I think there would be a defect issued against your account as well.
Both listings have good bid action. Both listings have days to go, and often the best bidding action comes in during the last 30 minutes. The final price may be more than your intended Buy It Now.
If you are receiving messages asking what your Buy It Now price is, invite that person to bid.
