I want to talk to an ebay rep

I was charged twice for a single shipping label and why is my payout so low?  Did ebay take 60.00 for a 95.00 item I sold?

Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.

How do I leave feedback for buyer?    I sold 2 items.  I want to give them feedback but I dont see the option.  I only see  tracking info-   Help?
