I buyed an item but the seller sent me a totally different thing, I have a PO Box in TX but I'm living in Monterrey, Mexico, I just noticed the fraud just when the item arrived to Mexico, now... return the package to US is MORE EXPENSIVE than the item itself, and I already expend USD 45. I tryed to contact eBay client service but IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, I already sent the pictures proving the fraud and I want the REFUND without sending the item back for the explained reasons. THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD!!! what is your advise?

You can not expect a refund without returning the item.  This is something you must consider when you have an item reshipped.  

The seller is only responsible for shipping from where you had it delivered. How did you get the item from your PO Box?  Can’t you get the item back to that PO the same way?
