The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

You tried the Ask eBay to Step in option in the case? That should have worked. Phone agents sometimes get things wrong. Your case will time out and close after 21 business days and then you lose.
How to ask us to step in
- Find the item in your Purchases.
- Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
- Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
- Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
@alfredolimia88 I don't want you to have to take a loss. The seller MUST pay return shipping if you selected a not as described reason for the return.
The seller will not be able to provide a return label since they are located in another country.
The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account OR refunding you without a return of the item. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned even if an agent says to do this as eBay can not force a refund from the seller for more than the original sale price.
99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item. ( The seller is hoping that you don't know this)
Returns to CHINA MUST be shipped via Priority Mail. If the country is NOT on this list it must ship via Priority Mail>

If you do have to buy a return label with the funds the seller provided then you must enter the tracking number into the return request so you will have proof of the return.

Here's how to add the tracking information to your return if you're using your own return shipping label:
Go to the return request in Purchase History.
Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
Enter the tracking number.
Select Mark as sent.
