I want to back my order someone please help me . How can I return item and refund back. I didn’t see any customer service contact number. And when trying to return item they Didn’t find my item. I have very bad experience with eBay.

Is it possible you bought as a guest?  Do you have your order confirmation email?  If so, sign out of your account and click the view order link in the email.  That should give you the option to start a return. 

If you still can't find it, request a call from customer service.
