I recognize 83.3% as exactly 5/6 rounded to one decimal place. Does this seller have five positive feedbacks and one negative feedback? A total of six feedbacks is too small a sample to make a judgement based only on the feedback. What does that one neg say, the comment? Does the seller answer a question? Ask just one, don't drown him in questions or you'll get blocked.
Remember that the Money Back Guarantee heavily favors the buyer in a dispute. I think if the deal goes south, the worst that can happen to you is that it'll cost you a little time and effort, very little. I say go for it.
