I have changed from ship to, ship from, and return address but the old address is still showing on my listings as coming from. How do I change this?

@lsal1981 Two things you need to do to update your addresses>
#1 Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
( only do this for the Shipping and return addresses, not your registration address)
#2 You need to update the item location on the active listings. You can do this with Bulk Edit.
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left>location> edit and submit

Thank you for your response. The very first thing I did after changing my address was to delete my old address. I have 0 other addresses on my account. The old address shouldn't be on any of my listings as I deleted it before listing anything. I would upload a screenshot here, but can't?

Okay I went thru this process and bulk updated. It showed the correct address but the listings are still showing the incorrect location. Idk how this will affect the selling...Is it a big deal?

@lsal1981 Did you do the steps in the order I said, even if you had already updated the address in account settings. You have to ADD the new addresses again and then delete the old ones.
For the bulk edit as long as you chose Item Location and the address is corrected FIRST the way I stated in account settings it should be correct.
If it's not working for you then you'll need to contact CS. I recommend social media as the agents are more experienced.
