@vb19582828 You are going to need to have that person return the item to you. If they haven't opened it, or can make it look like they haven't, then they should mark it return to sender.
I am not sure how this could have happened.
Check the label on your shipping labels management page: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub Click on print another label, don't actually print it, then over on the right does it show the correct address?
After you do that bit of sleuthing I recommend you contact eBay customer service to report this and see if they will pay for shipping the item out again to the buyer.

To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
