Ebay sent me a message yesterday that I underpaid shipping by $1.68. I used the ebay system for shipping thru USPS. What I can't figure out is what am I supposed to do about it?? They deposited my funds to my bank account several days earlier, and I thought they would have gone back into the bank account to withdraw that $1.68, but they haven't - so apparently I still owe. Ebay's email to me states: "We attempted to charge or credit your account based on whether you underpaid or overpaid". Will ebay send me a bill for $1.68 (with directions telling me what to do next) or will the post office bill me?? Or am I supposed to go to the post office with ebay's message and pay up? Or does it just take more days for a debit to show up in my bank??
