@the-oz-666   Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the eBay bucks program has been retired except for special offers.

the way the policy page is worded, the "ebay bucks" program is ongoing, without a base 1%. I never considered something as foolish as a cumulative program with a 0% rate (sign).

Thanks for being much clearer and more helpful than ebay!

eBay had been sending out periodic 5% offers about once per month to select eBay accounts, but the most recent offer happened in January, and then no offers since then as far as anyone can tell.
