Either pay to have the items returned to you, then ship them to the correct buyer.

Or, have the buyers file an INAD, accept the returns and provide a shipping label, then refund when they are returned.

Have a great day.

Hi @darla_nail

-Job #1 is to message both Buyers and let them know you swapped labels.  I did this at least twice in 9 years.  I advised the Buyers to ship the items back to the return address on the label and let me know how much their label cost and I Refunded that amount to them from the transaction.

-Some offered to simply ship to the other Buyer but I wanted to inspect the items before shipping them to who they belonged to.

-I lost some money on the one set of sales and only made a little on the other set but that is how I chose to handle it.

-I would try NOT to have the Buyers file INAD returns because those are strikes on your Seller metrics and since you are trying to make it right with your two customers I don't see why you should be penalized for that.
