You don't receive a separate payment for shipping. You receive one payment for item price + shipping + sales tax (if any) minus your Final Value Fees.

I see that you relisted an item that sold today. Was that intentional? If a buyer asks to cancel the sale, be sure that you cancel through eBay, and select the proper reason, prior to relisting the item.
