The item wasn't listed for return, but it's my fault, so I am allowing return and sending the right item. There doesn't seem to be a Returns Dashboard for me since the item was listed for return. Please help!

Tell the buyer to open a Return Request, which you approve and ebay will send them a return label. Do not send the replacement or refund until the item comes back.
