I rejected a package, then put in to return a package.

The seller won't cooperate with me for a refund. E bay doesn't have any way to fix this problem, I put in to return the package, but by rejecting it, the USPS tracking number is the same but Ebay says it is delivered (yeah, delivered back to the seller). Then I cancelled the return, but there is no way to update it now to say the item was never received. The seller is acting like I did something wrong but I have rejected packages before and no problem. Unfortunately, I did not pay with Paypal or I could dispute on their end.  Any help would be appreciated.  I cannot get a phone number to escalate with ebay either.

If you refused the package, it voids your MBG and it'll be up to the seller if they refund or not.

As mentioned, eBay won't help when you refuse delivery.

You could try calling your credit card issuer.  They might help - it will depend on their refusal policy.
