I received a wrong item. I threw out the outer package without knowing that I had a wrong order.

.I contacted the seller. It has been a waste of time for me to write so many times without any response.   was looking for Jumbo paper clips. I left Ebay without ordering.  Later, I received an email from Ebay telling me a seller was offering me special price for the clips.  I accepted the offer. They are not jumbo clips. I cannot use them.

You still have to return them if you want a refund.  You can use different packaging - ask you neighbors to save any boxes or packing envelopes for you.  You have 30 days to open a return, so wait a week or so and see if you can find something to ship them in.  Then open a return.
