I refunded a customer and had to pay a fee to eBay from my bank account. I had payment set up to automatically pay eBay if I did not pay sooner, but it went through despite my payment I did manually, just minutes from the automation. Seems like eBay is slow to update which resulted in double payment. Now I can’t call or or email them since their phone system is down. I searched for help and I just go circles. Waiting to chat with an agent takes forever that I forget I’m still waiting.
