I ordered perfume that I have been wearing for 30 years. I was scammed

It definitely wasn’t the perfume and now to get a refund I’m supposed to return and it came from Nigiria! The post office says it hazardous material and I can’t return it! What can I do?

I am sorry that happened!  Did you open a return request? 

1) If not, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Item is defective", OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

2) Perfume can't be shipped by airplane

3) After your return request is open, contact eBay customer service to explain that the perfume was counterfeit, not as described, and you can't return it to Nigeria due to law.
