Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.

If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase.

From time to time Buyers inadvertently purchase as a guest.  Here is a link to the Help pages on that topic and how you can be protected.   Buying as a guest | eBay

You cannot leave Feedback on guest purchases and they cannot be merged with an eBay account, they are stand alone transactions.
