I need to generate an invoice for a buyer for an item that has been paid for and shipped.

Your instructions do not handle this case, and there is no "SEND INVOICE" selection after Actions in your description.

@egmcontrols  It is not possible to create an invoice for an item that has been paid for.  

The buyer can go to the purchase history on a computer and follow these steps.

1.    View Order Details

2.   Click Printer Friendly page if they want the details printed without a photo

3.  Select Control P on their keyboard if they want the details printed WITH a photo
